Logistics Manager for the Base Operations and Test Support Services contract at Fort Hood, Texas. Overall responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Logistics Program supporting the administration, equipment accountability and property control functions, facilities upgrades/repairs, logistics management, maintenance, supply operations, and purchasing systems. Incorporate processes, systems, procedures, records, and methodologies necessary for effective and efficient control of Government Furnished Property (GFP).

Oversees warehouse, performs tactical and non-tactical automotive maintenance, motor pool and recovery operations, transportation, equipment, computers, facility operations and maintenance, and personnel. Senior level expert in property management. Extensive knowledge of Army regulations and procedures is required. Oversees warehouse operations, property book management, shipping and receiving, equipment support to test events. Install, maintain, operate, program, and remove test support tactical and non-tactical RF communications systems, other than commercial telephone equipment and service. Systems may be located in buildings, vehicles, or other locations.

The Logistics Manager will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree plus ten (10) years of experience in logistics operations management. Knowledgeable of and ability to work a variety of automated systems, processes and procedures and database formats to include Global Combat Support Systems - Army (GCSS-Army).
